Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Please contact us if there is an issue with your order as we would always prefer to make it right. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital Downloads/ Digital products
  • Personal care items
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Clearance items or anything marked “final sale.”

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We initiate the refund and have no control over the time frame in which the bank, credit card processor, Stripe, Paypal, etc process those refunds.

Late or missing refunds

Please wait 7 to 10 business days (not calendar days) before contacting us about your refund. This includes banking holidays such as Juneteenth and President’s Day where you may be working but the banks do not process transactions.

Check with your bank, credit card company or payment processor before contacting us, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded and will be marked as final sale.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item is not able to be exchanged for the same exact item, store credit or a refund may be offered on a case by case basis and is at my sole discretion.

Gifts

We do not accept returns without proof of purchase. If you were gifted an item and would like to return it or exchange it because of damage or defect, you will need to provide proof of purchase and obtain a receipt from the person who gifted it to you. They may also contact us as the refund will go to their original form of payment. No gift cards or store credits will be issued without receipt and approval of return.

Shipping returns

Do not simply try to return an item by sending it back to us. You will not automatically be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
